From engineering to enterprise

Based in Ahmedabad, Kashyap Jani has spent close to two decades across real estate, banking, financial analytics, infrastructure, technology, robotics, automation and legal advisory. An academic grounding in engineering, law and political science, including a gold medal, shaped a habit of looking past single industries to the systems that connect them.

We work when nothing works

Disaster management sits at the centre of his work. Through JANI Tech Solutions, founded in 2023, he is building capabilities in disaster preparedness, defence technology and public safety, where early warning, resilient infrastructure and coordinated response can decide outcomes.

“Engineering was my foundation. Innovation is my legacy.”

Technology that connects

The same approach runs through Kody Technolab in AI and robotics, Denstech Automation in automation, ELV and energy management, and FACTBYTE IT Solutions, where he serves as Managing Director, building India-specific data intelligence for banking, fintech and enterprise.

A wider portfolio

His work extends to a cooperative bank, SAAR Build Developers in real estate and The Wyncler Law Chambers. He also serves as Vice President of the Gujarat Yogasana Sports Association, with interests in education, healthcare, sustainability and community development.

“Real progress happens when technology, business and humanity work together.”

Towards Viksit Bharat 2047

For Jani, the opportunity lies in connecting technology with the physical and institutional infrastructure around it: smarter systems, better-informed decisions, more responsive infrastructure and stronger resilience.
